  Your home is the biggest investment of your life so take your time to find the right builder and don't rush into signing anything until you have done all your research. If you are looking to build with a professional Persaud homes are definitely not the builder you are looking for! We have just moved into our new home that Harry Persaud (owner of persaud homes) built and it has been a nightmare from the day we signed the contracts! We choose to build with him because it seemed like a decent value for money but it has been a huge mistake! We got the house inspected after every stage and it was clear from the inspector that Persaud homes only use only the cheapest dodgiest workers in the western suburbs! I mean every single person that worked on our home was an absolute joke! To the point of fustration where the simplest of task could not be carried out correctly! I mean something like the paintjob which gives your home the finishing touch looked like it was painted by a 5 year old child!! The state of the house when Harry asked us to do the final walk through was an absolute joke, i mean talk about a guy who clearly does not check the house himself due to the look on his face when we showed him the rubbish he considered to be good work! I could go on & on about all the mistakes that were made in our home but it would take you hours to read this review. I will say that he eventually made hardly no money on our home by the time the inspectors list was written and we basically had to get the VBA involved & get our own subcontractors to fix all the damage caused by his unqualified workers. i mean the guy basically has no communication with workers and they decide to do whatever they feel like on the day, for example we got render done on the front due to the out of level brickwork his brick layer did and he painted the render purple when we asked for (bamboo brown)?? We called him and his response was oh sorry they ran out of color?? Seriously who does that?... Anyways i could go on and on but frankly I'm sick of talking about this as it makes me very angry, since we moved in we have continued to have problems even with the nbn internet which his electician didn't connect properly but since he has already been paid his final payment he has told me to go to hell so we are currently taking him to court!!! STAY AWAY FROM HARRY AND PERSAUD HOMES THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HOME BUILD WITH A PROFESSIONAL OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
